Vitals shows how your learning is going. Think of it like a health check, but for studying.

Vitals with the trend window, minutes per day and the reliance trend
  1. 1: How far back
  2. 2: Minutes each day
  3. 3: Leaning on answers less?

What you see

  • Sessions and Steps worked through in the time you are looking at.
  • Level: your level and points.
  • Longest streak: your best streak ever, and your current one.
  • Minutes per day: a bar for each of the last 7 days.
  • By subject: how many sessions you did in each subject.
  • Reliance trend: whether you are asking for the full answer less often than before. Improving means you are working more out by yourself. Holding steady means about the same. Slipping means you are leaning on answers more lately.

Change the time window

At the top, pick 30 days or 90 days. 90 days shows a longer trend. If 90 days has a small lock, it isn't part of your plan. Your last 30 days always show.

Your screen time

If a parent set a daily limit or quiet hours, a note near the top tells you where you stand, like how many minutes are left today.

Just starting?

Vitals needs a little information before the trends mean anything. Until you have done 3 sessions, you see Vitals show up after 3 sessions, with dots counting toward 3.
