Delete your account

Delete your TutorCat account and everything in it. It happens straight away and can't be undone.

You can delete your TutorCat account. Please think carefully first, and talk to a parent. Deleting happens straight away, as soon as you confirm. It can't be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in.
  • Every homework conversation, question, photo and answer.
  • Your progress, streaks, lessons and check-ins.

Delete your account

  1. Open Settings and find Delete account.
  2. Tap Delete my account….
  3. Read the box that opens. Tap What will be deleted to see the full list.
  4. Type DELETE in Type DELETE to continue.
  5. Type Your password.
  6. Tap Delete my account. Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Changed your mind? Tap Keep my account. Nothing is deleted.

"Your parent needs to do this one"

If you are under the consent age where you live, you can't delete your account yourself. You see Your parent needs to do this one. Nothing has been deleted.

Ask your parent to open TutorCat and choose to delete your data from their home page.

If it doesn't work

If your password is wrong, TutorCat tells you, and nothing is deleted. Type it again carefully.
