Launch readiness

The Launch readiness card has nine rows. Each row has a coloured dot: green for ready, red for not ready, grey for unknown. The top right says how many are ready, for example 8 of 9 ready.

Row What it means Green when How to make it green
Tutor Whether real tutor replies are being served. Live Save a valid provider key in Settings → Connections → Anthropic key. It shows Stub (canned replies) until then. If a saved key still shows Stub after a minute, tell engineering.
Email Whether emails (consent links, safety alerts, budget alerts) really go out. Sending Set up the Email section in Settings (pick a provider, fill it in, then Send test email). Logging only means emails are written to a log and nobody receives them.
Speech Whether voice input can be transcribed. Configured Save the OpenRouter key, or a separate Speech-to-text key, in Settings → Connections. Missing means voice input will not work.
Payments Whether checkout can take money. Live Off is expected and correct for the whole beta. Leave it. See Payments in this guide.
Registration Who can sign up: Invite only or Open. Always green Informational. During the beta it must say Invite only.
Safety events (24h) How many safety events happened in the last 24 hours, across all students. Always green Informational. A count only; see the daily checklist for what to do with it.
AI spend today Today's AI spend against the daily budget, for example $3.18 of $25.00. Under budget Red means the budget is used up and the tutor is paused. See AI and usage in this guide. Grey Spend unknown means the spend could not be read just now; the tutor keeps working.
Version The build that is running. dev means a development build. Always green Informational. Quote it when you report a bug.
Dev flags Development-only switches in the server's environment. None on They cannot be changed from the console. Hover to see their names, then ask engineering to remove them. Any dev flag blocks going public.

During a healthy beta you should see 8 of 9 ready: everything green except Payments: Off.

A launch readiness card with several rows not ready
  1. 1: Save the provider key
  2. 2: Complete SMTP settings
  3. 3: Save the speech key
  4. 4: Engineering removes these
  5. 5: Grey means unknown

The headline figures

Card What it shows
Accounts All accounts, with students and parents underneath.
Students Student accounts, and how many finished onboarding.
Parents Parent accounts.
Consent rate Granted consents as a share of all consents asked for, with granted and pending counts.
Sessions, 7d Tutoring sessions in the last seven days, and the median session length.
Tokens, 30d AI tokens used in the last 30 days, with the cost underneath. Not fully priced means some tokens came from a model with no price set (see Model prices).

A card that says No data yet has nothing to count. Not available yet means the server does not offer that figure yet.

The charts

Three bar charts cover the last seven days: Sessions per day, Tokens per day and Signups per day. A day with nothing on it shows as a gap, not a made-up value.

Deeper cuts live under Engagement, AI & Usage and Payments.
