Your account, theme and feedback

#Your account details

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll past your children to the Account card. It shows your Email, your Role (parent) and your Country.

Country. If your country is shown, it's already set. To change it, contact support at support@tutorcat.ai. If no country is shown yet, pick yours from the list and choose Save. You can set it once.

#Light and dark mode

The parent area follows your device's own light or dark setting. Switch your phone or computer to dark mode, and TutorCat follows. There's no separate theme switch in your parent Settings.

#Send feedback

We read every message.

1. Choose Feedback in the sidebar. On a phone, choose Me, then Feedback.
2. Under Tell us what you think, write in Say more. Don't include anything private.
3. Choose Send feedback. Or Cancel to close. If you've written something, TutorCat checks before throwing it away.

You'll see Thanks: "A real person reads every one of these." Feedback doesn't get an automatic reply, so if you need help with something specific, email support@tutorcat.ai.

#Sign out

• On a computer, use the sign-out button next to your email at the bottom of the sidebar, or Sign out on the Account card in Settings.
• On a phone, choose Me, then Sign out.

#Delete your own account

You can delete your parent account at any time. It happens immediately once you confirm with your password, and it can't be undone.

1. Open Settings and scroll to the bottom.
2. Under Delete account, choose Delete my account….
3. Open What will be deleted if you'd like the full list:
   • your account, sign-in and email address
   • your consent for your children, and your links to them
   • your subscription, which is cancelled
   • your digest settings and any feedback you sent
4. Type DELETE into Type DELETE to continue.
5. Enter Your password.
6. Choose Delete my account. Or Keep my account to stop.
