You can get a copy of everything TutorCat has about you. It's free, on every plan.

The file includes your profile, every homework conversation, your wellbeing check-ins, your activity, and any safety alerts. Photos are listed by date, but the pictures themselves are not in the file.

#Get your file

1. Open Settings and find Your data.
2. Tap Download my data.
3. Wait a moment. You see "Preparing your file…".
4. The file opens in a new tab.
5. To keep it, use your browser's Save command: Ctrl+S, or Cmd+S on a Mac. Or tap Save a copy.
